I assist my patient,client or resident with essential and important daily living; toileting, bathing, feeding or meal preparation,light housekeeping, medication prompting,personal hygiene activities.I assist with mobility and light exercise. I do transferring: bed to wheelchair for patient with Hoyer lift. Accompanied to doctors visit and appointment.
